o and its alot better aiming for the seraph but i kinda miss the way it dropped wen u let go of the controls the scarabs crouch thing needs a ladder or som thin like that

dude, the way to get up to the scarab is nothing, the real problem is when scarabs or a pelican comes shoots it, then its gotta real problem, its like a little kid getting bullied, its a real good thing he dident include the nuke on the Longsword or wowwe would that scarab get obliraited.

nukes dont even scratch the scarab.

Thats because whoever did the collision tag did not do it right, and set it to do no damage where ever some thing hits on the scarab. Only an Anti Armor Sniper Rifle works because the tags are set to go through the metal (thick) material, I believe, that makes up the scarab

which i tryed for a full hour with seraph. the cockpit windows are the weakness becuse projectiles just go though it.

i think that the part on top of the scarab should be removed (the one that has the passenger seat on it) so you could kill him easyer becuse you could shoot explosives into the scarab. i managed once to 1 hit kill a scarab with a frag grenede becuse it entered inside the scarab and bounced into the driver.

1- for the record... anyone can kill a scarab by sniping the driver (with any sniper) when the "mouth" opens to fire
2- the pelican is only invincible from side agles because weapons fire from any enemy does damage only to the passenger seats(its still vulnerable to anyone with a warthog or a tank though)
3- as far as editing the scarab goes... i think it should be djusted just like the pelican where any haul damage is transferred to passengers... this would make it harder for people to pwn because not all damage goes to the driver

yo, i dident mean to make a big commotion about the scarab thing, all i ment was is that in extinction 2 beta the scarab is so weak that if anything (seraph) attacked it, it would fly accros the map (oblitarited). Thats what I ment about it getting oblitorited.

And also, is anyone here getting a xbox 360 for christmas, my gamertag is Sky Blue 1995, I dont have a xbox or a xbox 360, but I have a windows vista with halo 2 vista on it so I can get and use a live account on thier, so again, if you wanna talk or play with meh, its Sky Blue 1995.

He is currently working on his B30 mod, he says that when he finishes the mod, he will continue working on Extinction2

Actually i just need some concepts for bobby, and we will work together to get the bsp done.

what type of concepts are you needing? (equipment, weapons, vehicles, structures...what?)

lol wen will this project be finished? i mean it started in summer and its still goin? i can make a map in a day (finally no how to lol) and it looks pretty good (besides som times ground textures appear all white and bright) but this is an alredy made map just som edits so it should be easier

Yeah, I'm focusing on that right now, but I'm still going to work on e2. I've been quite busy with schoolwork. :/ Sorry.

Also, by concepts, I mean a map design. Bobby has a basic model, and we need to add to it. More forerunner and such.

can models be made using lightwave cause if so I gots lots of good models to use on other maps
