GRUNTS and I successfully made a working version of Silent Cartographer model (BSP) except for this error. If we can get past this we're all set for modding the model or even posting it here on Halomaps. Please help us squash this annoying bug.
NOTE: I want to note that the Tool used is not the WM Tool used for no collision errors. It's just the one that corrects the toolbeta stuff.

Does it happen for both of you. Or just you? If it's you, you might want a new tool. Either that or restart your computer and try again. This happened to a friend of mine again. He tried a day later and it worked.

Tried the restart thang. Still, no go. It's the BSP dude. I tried WM and Tool and both bomb with the same error.
Does anyone think this has to do with the skybox?
