Every time i try to import a tag that i downloaded using Sapien, it pauses for a moment and then an error code appears saying that not all the tags were successfully extracted, and that i should contact a Bungie professional. When i click done, it shows what wasn't extracted on the game window, and when i set spawn points, nothing appears there. I have tried this with many tags, and the original cyborg tags, and only the original tags work. Is there any way anyone can help me without having me contact a Bungie professional?

Edit: When i extract my own tags using HEK+ and opening those, instead of giving an error message, it just doesn't do anything. I'm clicking Add like a hundred times, and it looks like its being pressed, but nothing happens. Could someone help?

Another edit: When i move the extracted tags to the tags\characters folder and try to open those, it goes back to the error "Not all the tags could be loaded. Please contact your nearest Bungie professional". Is there anyone willing to help?

Using a modeling progam? If yes, i use gmax, and i can't open it.

I think these are the tags that are missing, but how do i inject them into the file?
