Is it possible to make a piece of animated scenery damage you when it hits you. I've made a giant mallet that hinges up and down, but it does no damage when it hits you. Any help is thanked.

add a marker to the end of it, and apply an effect to it with a damage effect tag

I added a damage effect to a marker, but it only kills you near the frame. I can't figure it out. I can link to the file if you wanna see.

So, you have hte marker on it? secondly, the effect is referances to the marker in the scenery tag? next, the effect has the damage_effect referanced with the marker aswell?

Don't forget that animated scenery does not sync in a multiplayer games. Each client will see the scenery move at different rates and times depending on their PC.
