After not finding any ui that I like, I have decided to make my own. I am using my own music for it, but the wav files for the music are above the limit for tool. I remember seeing a tutorial on how to decrease size but I lost that. Any help?

Tool only supports .wav files, and I tried converting a .wav to a .mp3, and back, it didn't work.

Or you could save the file with Wave Pad to a lower bit-rate to decrease size.

While I have never personally used this program, it seems exactly like the thing you could use to convert to a more compressed audio format. Its called mediacoder, which can be downloaded from here: http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/

Does that acually decrease size of a .wav, or is it just an audio converter? I need a wav file, not an mp3, etc.
