How do I direct my command prompt to tool?
Like, what do I type in? And am I supposed to open tool from the haloCE directory? Because when i do it closes on it's own half a second after opening. |

just open command prompt and type cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition assumeing C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition is your hce root dir.
