Once you have the scenario and crap, go to Sapien and insert the item.collection tags of the weapons you want and place them where you desire. You can also put WEAPON tags too, but they disappear after a certain time if not placed in correctly. Starting weapons are put in the Starting Equipment section of your scenario using guerilla. You can placer any item.collection of a weapon there, with the exception grenades. Do not put grenades there or your scenario will crash. Remember to make sure the weapons you want in the map have item.collections, otherwise they will have 0 ammo and will disappear if you just put the weapon files. However, weapon files do make excellent visual markers while in Sapien, so you may want to place all of your WEAPON tags first so you can find that exact spot you want to put your item. I hope this helped. Good luck on the mod.
