How do I give a biped a weapon to use?

Inside the biped tag, a little below the middle, there should be a place called weapons, under that there is an area where you can add one. Press the three dots next to that white part and you can search for the weapon you want the biped to start with.

I did that, but he wasnt holding anything... The biped is captian keys and I tryed to make him hold a shotgun

He dosent have animations for the shotgun.

It depends on which Keyes biped he is using.

Are you using "captain.biped" or "captain_ingame.biped"? "captain_ingame" uses the animations for a marine, so if you use that biped and change its weapon to a shotgun then it will work correctly. It should be found under "characters\captain_ingame".

Yeah, I was using captain.biped... ill look for the ingame on right now

...yeah, I don't have a ingame_captain.biped file, where do I get one?
