first create a large plain in 3ds max or gmax. Then create a texture name it "water$!". Then add it to the plain. After the map has been exported into a jms file, steal the water shader from deathisland and put it in your maps folder "the one you made" EXAMPLE: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\tags\levels\swamp\shaders\water!$.shader_transparent_chicago
Make sure you go into the water shaders file and change the bitmap to the one you created. Now when you go into sapin you will have to run rasisity to get the water to show up. I hope this helps.

No the texture does not even show up so make it white.
