Made a very small box type room just for applying textures to it to see how they look in game. A sort of gallery if you will!

Problem:


I get the room in sapien and use the paint brush tool (set to white) to lighten the lightmap and the save the scenario file.

I then build my level but alas its still dark inside (your still able to put teh flashlight light on and look at my shiny textures tho) But why oh why isn't it lit?

Am i being a noob and missing something silly.

that paint brush tool doesn't work all that well. I'd recommend making the ceiling the +sky material (if you haven't done so already) and edit the sky tag to be at it's brightest settings, and to be all white.
