Not sure dude, but there are tools to convert the file so theres no voices, only sounds in the background, I don't know if theres a reversed tool.

You'd need to open the sound in a sound program like Audacity or Goldwave, and use an equalizer and/or various types of filters, to filter out the frequencies that aren't in the dialog
