In Guerilla, go to File > New, and scroll down to item_collection and hit OK. Now, under "Item permutations", click "Add", and now hit the "..." button (which always indicates the option to browse for a tag, for future reference) and look for the weapon you want. Open it, and back under "Item Permutations", look for "weight" and enter 100. This value is used just in case you have multiple items in one collection, and it determines how likely it is for each item to be randomly chosen from the rest.

If you want a specific spawn time for a certain weapon, then also set the spawn time to something besides 0.
