A degenerated triangle is a triangle that couldn't be generated, but how do i fix them? Thanks for all help that come!

welding? But anyways i had 20 degenerated triangles and maby 40 errors look now

Not sure if that means you fixed:P anyway, good way to fix is while in Edit Poly, Select border. It should Highlight your opened area. Create a new face there so you don'T see through the level anymore and it should do the trick.
