Yeah thats from one of the books, where this guy in MJOLNIR armor gets his bones broken by it because it moves too fast for him. Basically the whole person fell apart.

Kiwi wouldn't say it would cause absolute chaos, but we will be flooded with crap mods. Again, it says nothing about the condition of the clan. It's them wanting to protect their work.
