I made a brige attatched to my bsp and wile im amking it i sometimes check if i have any open edges and i have a ton on it and i don't know how to fix them... Can anyone help me?

In vertice mode, there's a weld button, and a number next to it If you have 2 vertices selected, and you click Weld, and those vertices are closer together than that number, they are welded, and become 1 vertice
if you imported your bridge, likely, it imported with broken vertices, meaning faces that should have been sharing vertices instead have their own vertices, and the faces are unconnected
At which point you're saying 'wtf are you talking about?', so just look it up in your Max documentation, which explains it much better than I

ok. and just to say i made my bridge and everything... off the bsp... but ummm i made a face and fixed all the stuff but now i just want to know how i could make the walls and roof on top of the bridge because it dont have any straght wireframe just some messed up crap so i cant extrude... ill figure it out sometime.

I'll guess your bridge is basically a box, and you want walls and a roof on it Boolean might do it. Make boxes for the roof and walls, and boolean->union them together. Make more boxes to boolean->subtract windows. Line edges up as close as possible when using booleans, and look for little clusters of excess vertices after each boolean thats probably easier than cutting edges to extrude, but I'm not sure what you're working with. A screenshot would help
