how about if cmt gives halo ce spv2 the ability to use the arbiter like halo 2 vista

Fail Topic. You should have just posted it in the CMT topic. CMT will do what they want, not what you want. They arent recreating the halo 2 campaign, so the the arbiter will most likely not be in it. Have a nice day,
