Ok. What I am trying to do is Put something like stairs into a box. The box is 64x30x24. The slope/stairs i need is 45 degrees. I am trying to make a base for a level. Can anyone help me?

here's one way: cutting out a ramp with Boolean
Make another box, 1x1x1, rotate it 45 degrees, position it for subtraction
Select your box (1x1x1 if possible), create -> boolean, select subtraction (a-b) mode, click pick, and pick the 45 degree box
may need some vert welding after converting to editable mesh

You could also cut out stairs

in the Create tab, change Standard Primatives to Compound Objects, and you'll see it
