Hoth is the best place to start with. BAttle front gives you a great shot at the outdoor while a very old game, shadows of the empire, gives you an insight on the deeper interior part. which ever way, it couldn'T be worse than mustafar which is an horrible place Imo. Empire at war's version of the ground is pretty much too different imo if you considered using it as reference.. just saying hehe

Shadows of the Empire shows the inside pretty well tho. adds deepness to the whole thing... and if you plan to mostly rip stuff from sci-fi 3d, think about Re-sealing All of the models.. lol

So you're still taking things, just changing them a little?

Make your own.

Also, those models are notorious for being VERY high-poly. Just an FYI, you want to keep the poly count under 10,000 or so. For scenery, vehicles, and other objects, you want them to be under 5,000. Most 3D models are 100,000+ polies.

10 000 for the map? I thouht the limit was around 60 000.... well of course if there's 10 000 in a small area it'll definatly not work.. besides, I downloaded some of the models on that site and more breach the 400 000 polies mark and wikll never pass tool mostly because they're built from numerous small elements that aren'T really attached(Capsule, boxes etc)

It's 10,000, total. It's in the HEK tutorial.
