i followed a tut on how to make an elevator, but just came to the lift animation part. i made the animation, and in 3ds you can export it to a jma file, but you can't directly exprt in gmax. So i used chimp to export an then saved it as "elevator.jma". i changed it in wordpad, but it still doesn't work. Is there a way to make it work, or another way to make the .jma file?

the way you phrased it sounded like you had no clue what it was, and you where wondering how to use something like a hex editor to hack gmax to export it.

I don't use it, but I think it wants the nodechecksum, right? check the gbxmodel in guerilla to get that.
