Now, I know nothing about biped rigging and modeling, but why do all of the bipeds I see out there have bad fp?

the hand looks a little too low poly... but I wouldn't expect more on my gfx

My gfx card always has a funny with this Particular H2 biped (wich is used suprisingly alot) wich makes my FP arms stretch trough all my view,like my elbow is at the flag my pinky is in the centre of my screen and the rest of my arm is randomly scatterd and this goes trough all of the maps with that biped. (Appreantly Asus Ati gfx cards dun like halo)
