Grrrrr...I'm not on my computer with the textfile, oh well, here goes:

First, you will need this:
Development Trainer 2.11 Beta:
http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?pg=3&fid=1050
Put this on your desktop or wherever. Go into Halo PC/CE, start a server, then window Halo.
Activate Development Trainer 2.11 Beta, it will take about 10 seconds until you can click stuff.
All things say what they do if you hold your mouse on it. To freeze time, simply press 'k' in game. To unfreeze, press 'l'. You can also do super jump, bottomless clip, deathless and so on. To do those, go to your numberpad (numbers on the way right on your keyboard) and make sure 'num lock' is on. In game you can press each one to activate the cheat, or on the program, change it so you can activate and deactivate in-game. Ex. Press 5 to activate super jump, and press it again to deactivate it. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT ACTIVATE UNKNOWN! I think it's number 7, AVOID IT. I haven't tested what it does but he says not to touch it. Have fun!
