We are adding final touches to the bsp including: Tunnels leading to the bunkers from each base and a trench that will be near the base[also there will be a tunnel leading to trench behind base]Well anyways the weapons are coming good im very impressed with dax's beam rifle which i believe should be added to map and will be.Then higuy has modded the battle rifle into a MA5K which i will be keeping a good eye on,and M4LBullet will be finishing the spartan laser soon which deserves much thanks sice it will help people who decide to go foot a fighting chance.Were planning on reskining the shootgun to look simaler to halo 2's shotgun with a couple minor changes(maybe flashlight on side)Now to get to some bad news.The awsome valhalla base that sigma made has too many errors and we had to chose another base and dont worry its not the infinity base.This base may be to small and may effect gameplay in a good or bad way.Now for Vehicles.M4LGrunts{PRMT} has modeled us a decent Brute chooper which i think will be a big hit for the map.We are finaly done with the UNSC Frigate: The Dusk.We have also decided to make a room in the map dedicated to a couple select few on halomaps that we thought that have done the most for the community and is adored by all the community esp. Kiwi. Well heres a list so far

Massacre Kiwi Hdoan + FlamingRain CLS_Grunt[SHNAUZERS RULE]probably didnt spell that right lol Selentic and last but not least Kirby(remember more may be added or removed)
and dont worry about any noob things it will jus be statues,signs,moving things yata yata yata. Anyways there will be no noobish weapons or vehicles any of that sort but there might be a surprise at the end of the secret room.I think we can get this ingame by the time of christmas and get some pics in.Next is about the frigate.Alot of people have asked me will you be able to enter it or drive it or will we be able to see MC in the ship.Well lets start with the driving question.........HECK NO even if it was possible THE SHIP IS IN HALF!yea basicly thats never going to happen.Next qestion to anwser will you be able to go inside it?Well this might make a little people dissapointed but no thats not gonna happen sorry i probably just lost the attention to half the people reading this lol.You may ask but why Roxas why wont you let us be happy?Well this is 1 of the biggest choices i had to make.look at it this way Ya being able to go inside the ship is kool and all but it would be distracting and take away from the gameplay and take a whole crap load of moddlers and this and that just to have that one thing that you can say WOW TH3S 1S T4T0LY AW5OME 4 R3ALZ 1M 1N51DE A FR1K3N 5H1P yea and then what we spent weeks making that and thats probably all that will happen and make the gameplay stink like kiwi after he goes garbage surfing.Last question i was asked was,"Roxas will we be able to see the Master Chief in person on the ship?"Hmmmmm that is a very good queston, let me just say if we do he will be hidden somewere because we dont want people jus looking into the ship and seeing MC and then jus get sniped by the other team so it will be a surprise if we do it good for us if we dont dont complain to me saying,"WTF ROXAS ARE YOU BRAIN DEAD MC ROX YOU DESERVE TO GET YOUR MAN HOOD CHOPPED OFF!"Next i wanna try to ask M4LRambo if he will let me use his day night system that changes automaticly ingame which i think is great but it might create lag so if it does i will take it out.We will also be adding a radio in the warthog so when you enter it music starts playing oh yea recomend songs for radio if you can.Right now we will be using the halo 3 last level song,Blinded by the Light,The First cut is the deepest,phenomenom,maybe a couple linkin park songs and When Worlds Collide.we will probably use 3 more songs so if you got any good ideas for the radio add me too xfire or just post them on topic P.S.-xfire=roxas121.As i mentioned earlier there will be tunnels leading to some awsome bunkers.The tunnels will contain shotguns im still deciding whether to have 1 at the bases.There will be a MA5K,Beam rifle,Plasma Rifle,Assualt Rifle and SPLAZER/RLAUNCHER. these 2 weapons will be hard to balance were thinking of increasing the blast radious of the rocket by 7% to match the accuracy and deadleness of the lazer and make the lazer overheat after 2 shots the charge up of the lazer will take about 6 seconds or a lil less.The lazer will have enough energy for about 5 shoots before its just a peice of junk.I also have the idea as like putting reckage from the frigate and they can be used as ramps cover etc.Now i wanna talk more about the trench.the trench is used mainly as cover but my team also thought of more useful ways it can help like against vehicles lol no vehicle camping because half those vehicles might fall into the trench and get stuck.then theres cover from snipers and lasers which adds alot more tactics to the gameplay.Lets say you have a brute chopper heading right toward you run to the trench and get the hell outa the way before that chopper crushes you.Its battles like that that make good gameplay.ok lets talk more about the bases there basicly a room that has a 4 way entry which puts a twist on flag captures.Heres a basic visialization imagine your driving your hog to the enemy base you jump out land directly into the base and grab the flag now you have 4 choices:
1.Try to make a run for a mongoose or other vehicle and get away before your swiss cheese 2.Run toward the tunnel at the back of the base and to the trench and try to run back to base 3.go for the mini base behind flag base and get to teleporter to the tunnel that leads to bunker 4.jus stand there and get demolished
each choice has a flaw to it if you try to get the vehicle half the team will be trying to kill you,then theres the choice to take the tunnel to the trench which has the flaw of someone following you and you having no cover or weapon to fight back.Then theres the teleporter in the minibase which will probably get you to the bunker but you will have to cross a battlefeild to get back to your base.But usually must people will try to use a vehicle to get back to there base because a warthog and a player is like a hobo and his beer.Now picture this your in a barand desert wasteland with a giant sleek black spacecraft forged into the ground.Then you hear the sound of a incoming warthog with let the bodies hit the floor heading right towards you then outa nowere a lazer hits the warthog and sends the driver flying and makes the warthog hit a dead stop then you look to the bunker west of you and see your teamate caring a splazer ready to attack again.Then you look around at the mass destruction coming from the battlefeilds like overturned warthogs deserted mongooses.Then you hear the sound of a warthog turrent blazing away as 3 of your teamates come jolting past you in the jeep.Then in a instant your sheilds drop as you see the contrail of a sniper round pass through your body.You start running for the wartorn scared debree from the frigate and crouch to your knees and take out your fully loaded battle rifle.Your sheilds start to crackle as they recharge and then you run from the cover of the reinforced steel.As you start firing at the enemy sharpshooter you see contrails passing near by your head then as you fire the last round of your clip the sniper goes down but hes not dieng alone.You see a grenade bounce under you and exsplode carrying your body feet away from the grenade impact.This is Sandune

yea non of them came close to being gods yet. Not even Massacre, But he soon will be there. And this idea seems like it will never happen. And you havnt even started on it. Show pics or this is such a waste. Edit: whoops sry Kirby I didn't see oyu down there. I can't say much about you but sapposly your good at scripting. I mean good with one less "o". All he has to do is make it drive similiar to a warthog, unless he's going to be going for perfect Halo 3. Heavy weapons spawning at base is a no no. Make that massive wall of text into paragraphs, please.

well im going to try to beef up a couple weapons to actually be able to stand a chance with the vehicles like the shotgun will be a lil bit stronger aswell as AR but not that strong to wear it will kill ppl just like that

it never overcorrected, it just banks into turns and tilts then corrects its self. i messed with only the rocket reload on those tags so if u wanna investigate then get ctfgold final or the hellicopter tags. edit... its really fun to try on a very big map to stay real close to the ground and swing (bank) left and right through hills. it also tilts the nose and tail up and down with farward and reverse actions Edited by Maniac1000 on Dec 6, 2007 at 08:45 PM

oh of course cmt will be and zteam also i was jus thinking of induvidial theres a couple ppl on list who are helpin us so of course ill add them.yea were using the bulldogs property for the chopper animations.oh yea and what about this instead of gravity hammer we use the energy claws and make the actual energy red instead of blue and make it be able to flip vehicles but has no lunge?
