heres my review:
assault rifle:
hud always telling me to reload
needs its own hud
melee sound has a taping noise at the end that doesnt sync
shells come out of barrel
readying animation and sound dont sync
the idle animation isnt noticable
cant the ar in halo 3 hold 320 rounds in reserve? urs only holds somewhere around 240
the hand jolts at the end of the posing animation and theres no sound for this animations either
battle rifle:
hud always tells me to reload
needs its own hud and pickup icon
not ur model or skin
not the halo 3 model
needs its own strings (doesnt say "picked up a battle rifle")
reload animation is wierd
fires too slow
there are no shells when u fire
sound for reload is.... omfg barf
the posing animation at the end looks like it just glides back into position
were u trying to do that reflection thing with the br scope? if so, try again
the overlays look stressed. if u were running with a gun u wouldnt be moving it aroun like that
melee animations doesnt look like the gun is gonna hit anything. if anything, ur gonna nail urself with the scope of the gun, make the butt of the weapon go out farther with the melee
brute shot:
well first off, u use those samn damn animations that cmt made a long time ago

firing sound is mono. i only hear it coming out of my left headphone

"spike" is the needle model, which is fine. just thought id point that out

all of the overlay animations for looking make the gun tilt to the right
every other shot is the halo 1 sound and the other is the halo 2 and 3 sound
no melee sound
hud meter has the tracing effect. BAD unless u figure out how to put it to good use

mauler:
u copied my ready animation. thats fine (i dont know if thats h3 or not. i do not have nor have i ever played h3)
reticle=wtf
spikes do not have shotgun shells that fly out the barrel
cheat all weapons reveals a mauler with a different firing noise, which the one u pick up has the halo 3 one that is way to silent (AND MONO)
reload animation and sound dont sync (and that looks like cads reload animation. i say that because all the others were so terrible)
model needs a skin (or somethin becuase whatevery you did, it looks god awful)
model is omfg ugly. did you just slap planes together? look at the back! i see holes
wheres the smoothing?
firing animation, the drum is supposed to spin
hud says i picked up a shotgun. i suppose thats half true but it should say picked up a mauler
sniper rifle:
uhmmm the sniper model is way to small. fix the scale in the weapon tag
sniperifle != flame thrower. fix the strings
sniper bullet != oddball. again, fiz strings
the ophandle.... it isnt even in the bolt thing. reload when u pull it its too far back
firing animation, ophandle woulnt move back into place so slowly. have u ever fired a gun? u can barly see it move
model is fugly and that detail map (same one on the brute shot?) doesnt make it any better
i enjoyed commiting suicide with the bullets ultra reflective properties
pistol:
shells come out the front
cmts animations, no critique
model's ground point is wrong. look at it ingame
halo 1 model

theres a bolt type thing that needs smoothing on it
ready animation, the first frame shows the gun sitting in its position then jumps to the actual animation

i love the charging effect. how do u make the particles do that?
obverheated animation, the top flap downt open to relese heat
theres a lack of smoothing. charge and look at the top
same meter tracing effect as the plasma rifle
shotgun:
FINNALLY a gun that has that shotgun icon in the corner AND IS ACTUALLY A SHOTGUN
every single animtion has a flaw
firing, sloppy. make it smoother (shells come out the front)
melee, doesnt look like the hit will connect, hamd jolts back up at the end
ready, wtf did u do? it flipps around then appears in position.
reload, the arm flys somewhere then comes back the load in the shells without actually touching them
halo 1 model and skin
needs 6 shotgun shell hud
smg:
smgs use caseless ammunition. get rid of the shells altogether
halo 2 firing sound != halo 3
relod animation is sad. just make it smmother and actually make the clip go in, not just slide in
the back sights, i can tell that they are just attached there. i see the hole in the model
end of melee animation the gun jolts to the upper left and back
overlays, wtf the gun just tilts

(from this point on, im just going from emeory, becuase my mom yelled at me to turn my game off since the inetrnet wasnt working (wtf?). thats why it took so long for me to ge this up here, not to mention it took about an hour and a half to get all of this information)

fuel rod cannon (or flak cannon as u have there):
ripped, nothing else, sounds dead

cheat all weapons reveals this turret thing. throw it away. it has nothing to do in halo, and just sucks
problems with the map itself:
flag bases are awful
what is wrong with the br/carbine spawn? br once, then carbine the rest
cheat all weapons, half of ur guns arnt in there, and the ones that are dont even appear in the map
ur hud needs help (masters did u make that? stay away from hud please /barf)
i was dissipointed to see that u took the "HDoan is a damn fool" overlay out of the hud, but i still have pics so im ok
u should have waited a long time before doing this, i also remeber u saying that u cancelled the beta fot another year.
why release today? also, the insane amount of movies you make didnt make anything a surprise
in conclusion: i wanna see the weapons fixed, i dont wanna see HDoans "hur hur hur" spam anymore,less movies, and make some of your own stuff instead of taking models from other games and people.
