Wheres the 1s Park? He didn't sead anything. You're a git. Seriously, misspelling 80% of writing annoys me...

Make a shortcut to Command Prompt, put it on the desktop. hold Ctrl key while moving to copy the Start menu's shortcut find it in Start->Programs->Accessories
Right click the shortcut, select Properties change 'Start in' to ' "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition" ' close it's Properties and double click the shortcut
type 'tool bitmaps <folder>', <folder> being wherever the TIF is in Data, like ' "levels\test\test\bitmaps" '. You don't need the quotes unless there's a space in a folder's name
open Guerilla, and open the bitmap just created by tool change 'format' to explicit alpha, and run tool agian
if tool gives you an error, right click the Command Prompt window, select 'Select All', and press enter (that copies it), and paste into post
