Not so old but i found it yesterday on the "scenes" folder in the 3ds max root directory...
So i decided to finnish some parts..But some parts like bases,textures is still needed wich eventually will be done..Here is some renders*Oldest-Newest*

Since this was going to be a tutorial map first i tried to not go so far whit some detail..But yesterday when i found it i decided to not make it part of the tutorial thingy..Also mostly this map is for gameplay and i hope that the quality will be good enough for you homies:D

that looks suspiciously similar to one of those swamp maps out there... the layout is a bit different but the river and bridge were the same.... its cool though. it needs alot of work but its shaping up decently

As i said before it was a tutorial map so the detail isnt that high and im not planning to change that because i will give more detail on the bases..Hopefully the game play will be fun and the map will look good..Also..I modeled the bridge yesterday and i decided to not make that so much detail because its so small and detail on that would make it look ugly..Also under the water its a cave in case you fall in you will be able to teleport to a little room(not secret,i dont like secrets)

likly it will only be one sniper in the map.wich will be located in this little room..And you got to go a long way to get to it..

No thanks.

I can back my reasoning easily.
Judging by the pictures, I can see that there isn't a lot of cover. If there was the normal sniper setup (a sniper per base), then it would be a turkey shoot for those snipers. The relatively flat ground and the fact that you'll be able to see the other base from your own doesn't make for ample cover, and one could just sit up on one of the ledges and pick off enemies from their own base.

wich is why it will be stones,trees and such to take cover behind..Also as i said only one sniper rifle will be placed..At the bases a shotgun will be placed i guess and a pistol,Ar+nades..then a rocket launcher for slayer and king in middle(the bridge)and the rest i dont know yet..

rocks and trees dont help much....specially if u are running with the flag theyll make a nice headshot with no major problem...

Instead of posting something stupid like that, why dont you tell us why there should be snipers in the map?
because ppl joins if theres a sniper rilfe:DLol it would be fun if i could hide it so well that none can find it..So ppl join for the sniper rifle but cant find it and start killing whit the other weapons and then start to learn and then start to like it and then the world domination is reached...btw arbiter..If its a big stone..Then you just hide behind that..And also jumping down in the water getting into the teleporter will also help..

place the sniper. dang ppl, if you can't take out a sniper from any point in a map that size with a nade and a pistol you are a serious noob in need of hs'ing. It's only got 8 rounds reserve. I like snipers. they make me look good.

lol skilit knows that since hes my friend..(goye...)if you see on the..Fifth image..Its a small box..thats the size..but thats from top view..I would guess the map is a little smaller then blood gulch(much smaller)

I like the simplicity. There's something to be said for being able to make something simple elegant and very well playable. I'm looking forward to seeing more progress.

I'm actually using the method you used in designing Berelicum to redo Quarry. Maybe that's a common method, I don't know. It seems like a good idea. I'm going to have to start again though. The map is too big. :D

Heh yeah what i was planning was going to be shield similar to the one in *Snowbound*Althougt i suck at scripting and now when i think about it..it wont work that well..But i still got some other planns:D:D
