Yeah you totally know how long it would take to model Valhalla, I can soo definetly open up 3ds max, press a couple of bottons and Valhalla will be there in front of my eyes.

I'm seeing alot of people say that the AR is too low. It's not. It looks almost exactly the same position as it is in halo 3. However, If you want this to be more Halo 3-esque, I suggest finding a way to make the center of aiming lower, and ajust the HUD accordingly. How this can be done? I don't know. I've played halo 3 and have explored every inch of everything in the game. And to me, right now this looks like nothing special. Yet I await to see a working shield shader in action. That'd look cool.

I got bored so I played around with the HUD, fixed the motion sensor, FGrain made a crosshair on the Ma5K and when targeted a dot will go in the middle, I made the shield go more smooth and I added health.

lol is the clear spot supposed to be like the middle of the helmet in 3rd person or is it supposed to be the actual visor if its the actual visor the bungie should have made it textured and non see through so it would be like a real helmet but meh

just import teh ar model and dont add any textures to it (if your using ghosts thingy) then export chnage your textures\shaders in guerilla

The reticle is way too detailed. It looks like crap. Make it simple. I would make the riticle be the battle rifle and the assault rifle reticles as if they would look dual weilded so it looks inbetween those weapons.
