bring up console in alldev, or right click your halo desktop icon, and add -console to the end of teh target, with a space, then in halo press ~, its next to the 1 button, then type sv_players, the list of players will come up and a number next to each, to ban type sv_ban (player #) and kick is sv_kick (player #)
