does any know how to modify the alpha part of an bitmap so it looks like this 1


This 1 is from that shoulder thingy from that modified h2 masterchief

I cant seem to edit it the same way for 1 that i'm making

If i make 1 the white parts of the bitmaps doesnt go away like this 1 does

can you explain beter? like you dont know how to add a alpha channel in your drawing tool, you dont know how to get tool to accept alpha, ect.

Just to complete this thread, I'll say that DXTBmp can export to Paint the alpha from a DDS exported by HMT, which can be saved as a TIF
DXTBmp: C:\Graphics\MWGraphics\DXTBmp\DXTBmp.htm
