I made my map in gmax, and then i exported it whith chimp, but then what? what do i gotta do after that? where is the new (exported file) of my map?

but i did use the listener. instead of JMS you should click listenr right?

so after its exported, open grablistener. then name it and save as all types (cuz i cant see anything else) and then? i didnt quite get it

so now its a .jms. but your reply about deleting the end jms stuff was a bit confusing. could you explain it to me again (its my first map so i dont know a **** about it :p)

So, after gimp exports to the listener, use GrabListener.exe to save it to c:\program files\microsoft games\halo ce\data\levels\test\MAPNAME\models\MAPNAME.jms

or paste this into a new text document: cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition" tool.exe structure levels\test\beginner beginner pause Replace "beginner" with your map's name, then close and save it Rename it as "TOOL_BSP.BAT" Double click it to compile the jms Copy and modify for lightmaps, cache, model, etc. :) of course, TOOL must be in the CE directory Edited by bobbysoon on Nov 3, 2007 at 04:21 PM
