i'd like to request a map that's like a shooting gallery, with different areas for pistol, shotgun, assault rifle etc. kinda like the map sniper training, but for ALL the weapons. and stationsry AND moving targets. but before you tell me to go do it myself, you should know: my computer is complete CRAP!!!!! and even if i had a good computer, i wold have no idea how to do it anyway.

go download hek and do it on your own time.

just go practice on multiplayer.

what ppl want is comlex maps (maybe a year or two to make) highly detailed and a reasonable size (no more coldsnap sized ones) with very good gameplay. NOT SHOOTING AT BEER BOTTLES! (lol ill just take em)

Gmax is a basic, stripped down version of 3DS Max 6. It was primarily designed for modding games, or making games. A lot of tools that were are on newer versions of 3ds Max are not on Gmax.

What kind of tools? I have gmax too.

you people telling me to do it myself must not be able to read. MY COMPUTER IS CRAP. even if i knew how to make a map, it wouldn't work right anyway, i'd screw it up with my crappy a** computer. i'm going to edit the post for people like u who cannot read.

and i HAVE sniper training. it's only for sniping though, in case you might not have noticed.

Please do not make public requests for people to make maps for you. Map making is not a simple process and takes time to master. The people who decide to make a map usually have a project of their own they want to undertake. If you havea passion for a particular map style I suggest that you read and or watch the tutorials on map making and learn the process. There are plenty of people here who will answer your questions and galdly help you out if you get stuck on a something, however most people do not make maps on request.

Looks like the only one here thats an idiot is you, since we have to be able to read what your typing in order to respon or else we wouldnt be here then you couldnt ask for your map that is already made. We understand that this is a request. If this hasnt been said enough, we dont do requests at halomaps.org. Our motto is basically do it yourself. If you dont want to make the map then why should we? The reason we all go crazy and flame you is because you and the last four billion people asked the same thing. So we get tired of people asking if we can make their own map because they are too lazy to learn. There is no excuse! This thread should be LOCKED.

Computer is "crap" eh? It just means you'll have to be patient or stick to smaller maps.

As for the brainwashing, it was a handy little technique Kiwi picked up out in Nebraska (gave an Indian chief a doughnut, don't ask) and Kiwi is still working on it.
