EDIT: I found some more stuff: http://deluxemods.com/downloads.htm click on the pictures for more previews, these are for h2v, but we should be able to do that same thing on HCE, maybe not the skins, but at least the lighting.... if some1 tells me how, i'd try to do it...... its a certain tag type.. I dont remember what tag type it is, but its lighting or something.. or mb it was the lightning tag?.. lol
I do remember how to set out the acual thing.. you use 2 markers, and your line bitmap for the strip of glow. |

You need a lighting marker somewhere on the model, like the H2 teleporter I use. There is a light generator there, and you just need to know how to work that.

that is what some1 did to a car in HPC... they also put custom maps in HPC judging by the background, or maybe its SP......
