Created this account when I was a 13 yo moron

I made a custom reticule from this tut http://gbxforums.gearboxsoftware.com/showthread.php?t=42940 and when i go to compile the bitmap, heres what happens:

### ERROR can't extract sprites without a valid plate


so what do i do, and how can i stop this in the future.

NOTE: im going to bed now so i wont answer, just post

Your border either A: Does not reach all teh way around or B: Is not pure blue (R=0, G=0, B=255)

Where it says this, dont do it leave it at "2D textures"
