ok i downloaded that objest to gmax script from here and i went into gmax a went to max script and selected run scripted and i clicked the object to gmax one and nothing happened so i figured maybe i can import them now so i went to the place that i put the model and it says improper file any help?

You'll have to be a bit more specific about what you were trying to do - like what are you trying to import (file type, where it came from, etc) and what script you were using.

Not to be annoying or anything but you could use some better spelling too. I've never seen a script called "objest". What is it supposed to do?

lol indeed my spelling sucks because of school in fact in those first few words i made 14 mistakes(i fixed em) but i was trying to import cheif fp hands i exported from hmt and tried to open the wavefront.obj file hope that was enough detail
