how do u add soundtrak to a ui? Do u script it?

Extract all tags from a UI, and then just change the sound file used in tags\sound\music\title1.sound_looping

i have a question. just for the sake of knowing, how do u make the ui bigger than like 3 megs? from my understanding, u gotta mess with something or tool wont let it compile if its to big
