A10: Crewman, Marines, and ODSTs A30: Marines A50: ODST SPV3 B30 E: ODST B40: Marines C10:Marines
ODSTs are going to be used for missions where you are going into a fight, Marines are the guys you find fighting for their lives on the Halo ring.

The whole thing is tuned and intended to be played on Legendary. We'll be doing some contests and prizes and stuff for people who play on legendary and record it and what not. We're not totally sure yet, but we will be doing stuff.

Lumoria legendary: infuriating grind through unbalanced encounters
I've been playing through the Lumoria campaign on Legendary for the past few days and checkpoint placement/friendly AI/encounters ruined it for me. Still one of the best custom campaigns out there, as I noticed other custom maps usually have the same problems.

If we have the resources free in the map, we can add them in for the jail with keyes. For SPV3 B30E we are going to have ODSTs since you are going on a mission with them. The regular B30:E is going to be using marines afaik. So for SPV3 we have 5 missions, 1 has both, 2 are just Marines, 2 are just ODST.

Crewmen aren't worth the time for an asset when there are other more pressing things to be doing. Even in A10, they are only seen in one of the BSPs, and after that Bungie never used them again in that level. Once we have new marines we will re-evaluate if we want to them, but right now they aren't on the roadmap nor are they something I think should be wasted time on.
