What's up with the reticle though? I like the way you did everything too, but for some reason I don't like the icon. I think the colors are mismatched or maybe the outlines don't fit with it or something. Also the shields seem to be bent a bit too much imo. Unless reach is actually like that.

Looks nice Maniac. I would suggest adding details by the doors or maybe some overhangs; it looks just a little blank as it is now in those areas.

Looks cartoony, but not overly. Once you have a multipurpose map, you can lose some of the line thickness/density/whatever-that-fakebump-stuff-is-in-the-diffuse there.
