They are, as it turns out. I think they're too tall-- perhaps I can edit the default stance so that they are normally more hunched.

Have you done a lot of progress to the extent that you can't change the scale without redoing lots of stuff?
Also, not just tall, simply too big. Look at the chests. Also hunch the neck a bit. And give the neck no hitbox to retain the Halo 3 feel lol.

Sure thing... They're both getting into a ghost. An animation like this needs a lot of edits. First, the elite gets in 4 or so frames faster than the spartan. Like many of the other anims, I only have to scale the times long or short enough to match each other. Second, the elite normally uses different hand and foot nodes once inside the ghost. So, to allow the same biped to be used, I just nudge the elite's hands to where the spartan's are by the end of the animation. Same for feet and pelvis. Lastly, they get in and out from opposite sides. It really doesn't matter on the way in, since yoou could get in from either side before anyway, but you normally get out on the right-hand side. So the elite has to be flipped on the exit animation. WIP FTW

hes a friend i was examining at the time. ill pack and release them as they are, you guys can change them however you like, there is a drone with a color change, and one thats the regular, so you have alot of flexibility. ive also made minor and major actor varients, the major is red with a brute pr, he will kill you.

Leave carbines to the jackals. Drones with carbines would be retarded and insanely difficult, when you have a swarm of them.

I know it would look a bit... cumbersome, to say the least, but it would be an interesting gameplay element. Rather than operating in swarms, they would function in groups of two or three, zipping from perch to perch to fire on the player.
