Quote: --- Original message by: BeachParty clanSo yea, it just got a removed function like tool pro got removed cache file sizes... I hoped it would have some vague function of automatically fixing it, as idk, like polyboost does, but all of it isnt possible. to cut it short: Quote: --- Original message by: Koo294 surely the sealed world rules are there for a reason? that. basically we're importing junk that glitches all around. I don't see a bright future in applications that have their warnings and error indicators removed, it just makes us import more junk without knowing how to fix it. Welcome noobs that don't know how to do stuff properly, in this commmunity. Edited by BeachParty clan on Aug 4, 2009 at 04:22 PM yo bro i herd u lik to dum

Halo does not render at 16:9. Your bitmap will be shrunken to 640x480 and then stretched to fit your screen. Within the Halo 1 engine, you will see no difference between a 16:9 HUD overlay and a 4:3 HUD overlay.
Much too opaque.

The size of the needs to be in a power of two. You also have to set the .bitmap to a sprite and then recompile.
Scenary, you say?
You have to reference the new bitmaps in cyborg.biped and hud unit meters.
Fix it up yourself if you want it.
Ok, but I'll just say that the supersampling errors that resulted from it being warped so much looks horrendous.
Quote: --- Original message by: CorruptedHalo So, wait, just a quick question, when making H3, did bungie just use advanced versions of the HEK? Because I know there was a HEK for H2V so I know they made H2 with it, but just wondering about H3. No. They built each engine specifically for each of their games from the ground up, until now for ODST.
Halo 3's does not have as profound a warp as the one you have shown.
Yes, those are very easy to make. You've got some supersampling issues with it by the way.
