When I get to the window that says Play, Uninstall, and Web Connection, I click the play button and it acts like it's going to launch, then doesn't. I've tried running the compatibility troubleshooter, but every setting it changes doesn't work. I've tried changing the compatibility settings to each previous version of Windows, and nothing works.
