Ive been trying to attach the bloodgulch base to my 3d model of my map, and it always makes the edge update errors, i make the map without it, and it works fine, i never found a good tutorial on base attaching, and ive looked on halomaps, and i did, but half way through it, the quality make it impossible to see, can any one explain to me the proper way to attach a base?
EDIT: checked the HEK tutorial website, found what i was looking for. Edited by Shawn on Apr 28, 2013 at 09:20 PM

I have just learned how to attach a base to my 3d map model in 3ds, but when i compile the map, it all ways finds multiple triangles that can not "update". ive tried everything to fix this, but i am out of ideas. i would kindly ask for some guidance toward a solution.
