Thanks, I just let sapien try to open the scenario for a while, and then it just crashed.
I'm not sure which part exactly of the debug.txt that you want, so I'll just post all of it concerning the time it crashed.
11.10.11 10:09:55 sapien pc 01.00.00.0609 ---------------------------------------------- 11.10.11 10:09:55 reference function: _write_to_error_file 11.10.11 10:09:55 reference address: 401b13 11.10.11 10:09:55 Couldn't read map file './sapienbeta.map' 11.10.11 10:09:57 CreateDevice succeeded with refresh rate = 0 11.10.11 10:09:58 Sound card doesn't meet minimum hardware requirements. Disabling hardware option. 11.10.11 10:10:01 Increasing sound decompression buffer size to 1048576 bytes 11.10.11 10:13:17 file_open('tags\levels\test\bloodgulch\bloodgulch.scenario_structure_bsp') error 0x00000002 'The system cannot find the file specified. ' 11.10.11 10:13:20 couldn't open scenario_structure_bsp tag 'bloodgulch.scenario_structure_bsp'. 11.10.11 10:13:20 failed to load structure bsp 'levels\test\bloodgulch\bloodgulch'
hmm...well, I now get sapien to open it without the error, and it opens a bunch of windows that are cascaded in the middle of my screen, but then it just freezes after a little bit
i'll try saving it where the other scenario files are, just under a different name
So I want to add the tags from a reach tagpack, and I use HEK+ to successfully extract all the tags. I then try to use sapien to open the extracted scenario, it give me this error:
You tried to open a non-scenario tag. Bad!
does anyone know why this is happening? i'm running windows 7 32-bit
