I am not sure exactly if this would work but here it goes. A wall isnt a wall it is just multiple layers of textured glass. Would it work? Was it a good idea?

won't you have to make them little tiny squares so you will have to shoot ALOT of times to make it through the walls... and to make it break more realisticaly.

are you sure? cause that would mean every piece of glass on a map would break when shot at when it doesnt, so it should work
