go into 3ds and import the debug.wrl which is in your halo ce root folder. that will show you (in blue) where the errors are. then delete it again and then you can do like another already said, redo the UVW mapping on those places.

yeah. when tool makes a wrl for a level, its named the same as the bsp. if its a model or collision error, its named debug
