I edited the cyborg bitmap, made it a tif, compiled it, and it showed up fine in Sapien. However, when I go ingame, it doesn't show my custom bitmap, but rather shows the original one (which is now non-existent. This goes for my custom warthog bitmap too. What is the deal?

its because you placed the bitmaps in the identical location of the old ones. TOOL builds the map to link to bitmaps.map for default bitmaps, and sapein does, so sapien will show the bitmaps that are replacements, and the origenals will be in the map. just simply change the name of the bitmap tag, and open the shader to go to that changed name.
