in the penguin map i am soon to be releasing, no sure set date,i have decided to take it upon myself to bring something into ce that has never been done before(too my knowledge) full ragdoll physics i am aware that this is alot of work and i have covered some ground with making it work and have alot figured out, but if anybody experienced wants to throw in some awesome knowledge, go right ahead, the reason i have decided something is that im gonna make it so in dev you can spawn a bunch of noob weapons you wouldnt normally be able to acquire so that you can mutilate some poor penguin. <(*!*)>

actualy the halo engine slightly supports ragdoll, it supports ragdoll property which is where you can get hit and fly accross map, but not in ragdoll formation, and by the way i cant simply redo the anims, theres about 500 of em

If you're going to do that, you would have to put in a newer and more advanced physics engine, such as Havok, which is what Halo 2 uses.

um, halo2 doesn't use havok, it uses the halo 2 engine, and halo 3 uses the halo 3 engine

there isnt 500, but just make loads of death animations maybe 100, that way it will look as if he has ragdoll

well ive been working and ive found out how to script in extra anims, in this case ive scripted in an airborne option and am gonna make him flail, my ragdoll thing failed, tool couldnt handle it
