I wrote this script that does a pretty good job at controlling the ai, but ( dont mean to sound like a NoOb here) you guys say AI will never sync online, well what if i put braindead and all those flags and then control it with command lists and scripts, will that even work???

no it stil won't snyc. Players will see the AI at different places. Too bad though if it could snyc that would be awesome.

Because lets say your the host and start a server with a map that has AI on it. The AI starts acting right away. So when a player joins the server the AI for them starts to act from the start of the script or whatever. I think thats how it works, or it's something like that.

i ment having ai turrets, then activate the turrets when a player steps into a certain area, then deactivate them when the player dies, that i'm pretty sure will sync.

Well it would still work though other players would not see the turret shooting at the player i believe. I could be wrong though but the effect would not matter to game play too much

HOLY MOLY, i didn't even read that part of the topic, so if i DO make a turret that's just like the ai one under neath the covenant dropship then it WILL have a good chance of syncing, awesome...
