ok, i see online people have screenames that have those irregular characters that cant be typed into the halo profile name window. so how do they do it? also, they have theyre name when you aim at them different from the name on the scorecard. Hows this sort of thing done

When i run my Halo PC server i ban people on sight for having wierd text as their username. Its bad when you can't talk to people cause you don't know what to call them. Plus its anoying.
