Hi, I havn't played halo ce for a while now and I recently decided to play it some more but when I started it up, it just had a black screen with a white box. I recently updated my drivers and I have Intel graphics. I have also tried reinstalling the game too.

Turn off or set to application controlled the anti-aliasing setting in your video driver

What used to help me on my old laptop was setting the game resolution in the launch parameters. -res I think, I cant quite remember though.
