Quote: Enter Halo: Fireteam Raven, a cooperative arcade sci-fi shooting game from arcade legends Raw Thrills and Play Mechanix in a unique partnership with 343 Industries. Set in the timeframe of Halo: Combat Evolved, this new arcade experience hot-drops players feet first into the boots of Fireteam Raven – a group of elite Orbital Drop Shock Troopers (ODST) on the surface of Alpha Halo fighting alongside the Master Chief and the rest of the UNSC as they try desperately to prevent the alien Covenant alliance from taking control of the ancient superweapon.

Quote: During your adventures, you’ll find yourself fighting alongside the the rest of the UNSC’s local contingent as they try desperately to prevent the Covenant from taking control of the ancient superweapon. If you’ve ever read Seattle-native William Dietz’s Halo: The Flood – the novelization of the original Halo game – and realized that your favorite parts were actually hearing about Silva, the ODSTs, and other UNSC forces active on Installation 04 at the time, you’re bound to enjoy this. There might even be a few other familiar feelings scattered about, never know.

Halo 5 didn't meet their quota, now they're desperate to make more money to compensate.

I hate people like you, spreading nothing but nonsense

The idea of this arcade game didn't start with 343I, this isn't a cash grab of them. Those arcade game developers approached 343I themselves to get permission to make this game, that's it.

Oh I love discussions like these... Brings me back to the Waypoint days, these are the kinds of threads that got me and my buddies banned until 2552! Because you know Waypoint forum moderators are total (insert any insulting words here) that try to turn the internet into 'safe spaces' and promote SJW BS. To them, anything almost remotely negative about the franchise or a simple disagreement with a decision or other user who's kissing ass is deemed as something more serious than violence and deserves perma bans.

Anyway, on the Xbox (why did they even bother? that arcade machine has nothing to do with my machines so why would I care or deem that news worthy on my devices?) they posted so excitedly as if they just produced a brand new Halo game so maybe they should tone it down a notch rather than be misleading- I understand where the confusion comes from. Where about's did they specifically mention that someone approached them?

"Where about's did they specifically mention that someone approached them?"

Right after the trailer was initially shown at inside Xbox, in an interview...
