The problem is that when I downloaded HEK+, then clicked setup. It shows a message saying I need .NetFramework. But even after I did what it said. It don't work. What should I do?

The way i did this was through trial and error, first i found the wanted tag in refinery, ran extraction and transferred it into the ce tag directory. Next i loaded them into sapien, rarely i get a working tag, so i go to DEBUG.txt (which is VERY important) and try to find errors and extract them with refinery, for an example a certain tag might be missing a particle or texture that you cant substitute in guerilla, and if it worked you now have a nice shiny brand-new tag to play with.
